Yesterday there was a market, where we tried freshly squeezed pineapple-coconut-juice - YUMMY! Gotta buy a juicer (didnīt happen yet...).
Yesterday we went to the harbour - Ingo was fishing a stone & and later on a man, nearly. 4 little boys caught just with a line instead of a fishing rod 4 large fishes. Everybody sure was jealous. Then we had to leave the harbour, cattle were meant to come in via boat.
The old man had died. His friends are standing around the grave, Andy Garçia holds a speech & then WWWRUMM - a plane comes in over the cinema
. Do the pilots know which movie is running at which stage, just to bump in at the "right" moment?
The car-keys, we took them randomly. Mine says "Australia", Ingoīs - how else could it be - says, "ITALY"
...
Ingo did bathe his plastic-fishes again - we go to Chicken Treat
again tonight.
Since two days we have our rest-area from 1995 back!

The first car, a Holden Commodore, NVT 115, did integrate himself perfect where there was spinifex. Our Nissan Patrol, 6ZY 416, hides good in the Outback. Wow, look at the huge beard in the '95-pic - Yuck!
Evening, darkness, silence, suddenly RINGggg - RINGggg - telephone! Came from the Turf-Club... strange. This morning we went to the Apex... ummm.. Lions Poineer Park for breakfast again. What is this, a 4-Wheeler is standing in the ocean! People gawk - us, too. The Ranger comes and goes again. At least some people go and make sure there is nobody in the car. The water is rising, the car becomes a playground for the fishes. Wasnīt an old, cheap car...
In the evening we came back to gawk again. The flood was coming back, a sail boat was lying on the dry ground already, the car still in the water. There are heaps of people but no indication of saving the car.
The car is gone. Just like that. Either they pulled it out yesterday evening or this morning before 06:20, we missed it.
Sunday evening I got THE grey $28-trousers carefully out of the air-tight box. But on Monday I thought, naah, Monday is no good day for an application. Tuesday I though, no, some technical vocabulary is still missing ... This morning I was brave and put the trousers finally on, the good shoes etc etc.I go take a shower now. What a matter of course! & not even so cold. There will be a time I think back to this...
